Welcome to Saturday and Sunday brunch at Leafs Restaurant in Zurich. Every weekend we serve classic brunch dishes and our very own interpretations thereof. Stop by for brunch with the whole family – and by the way: your dog is welcome, too.
Leafs Restaurant is part of Hotel Engimatt and is located between Zurich’s train station Enge and the shopping center Sihlcity. Hotel and restaurant guests will be treated to fresh, seasonal ingredients and the creative dishes of our chefs – served in a unique setting overlooking the garden.
On nice days you can choose a table on our secluded garden terrace. It is particularly easy to relax between the fountain, the goldfish pond and the lush green of our well-kept garden. Take a seat in the lounge or at one of the beautifully arranged tables. We are happy to serve you a cup of freshly brewed coffee and a selection of your favorite brunch classics.
On Saturdays and Sundays we serve à la carte brunch. Choose from Swiss classics like zopf and birchermüesli, or go for eggs benedict or yogurt with homemade granola. For our guests with a sweet tooth we offer pancakes with berries, banana and chocolate or maple syrup.
Post brunch is pre adventure. We highly recommend the following destinations – they are family friendly and only a short walk away.
The Museum Rietberg is a real gem: not only does it have the appearance of an emerald, it is also filled with treasures from all over the world. It is located in a public park and within walking distance from the Engimatt City & Garden Hotel.
The FIFA World Football Museum, a meeting place for football and sports fans, is just a five minute walk from the Engimatt City & Garden Hotel. In an area of over 3,000 square metres, it showcases the impressive history of the most popular ball sport in the world in a tangible way.
By public transport
The next stop is only about 150 metres from our front door. We recommend the following connections:
Get off at the Waffenplatzstrasse stop, and continue walking in the same direction. Turn onto Engimattstrasse (first street on the left). Walk another 150 metres to arrive at the hotel on the right.
In Zurich, everybody seems to go out for brunch on weekends. Be sure to book a table early: You can place your reservation online or, if there are 10 or more people in your party, via phone. We are happy to welcome you as our guests.
