Explore the history of more than 90 years behind the Engimatt City & Garden Hotel, get to know our management team or learn more about our commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
In the 1930s, the building was constructed as a Bauhaus-style apartment building and used as a residence for young, single men. Not only the strict house rules have changed since then: the building was converted to a hotel in the 1950s. In 2010, renovation work preserved much of its architectural substance. Today the Engimatt City & Garden Hotel represents a modern style of lodging with state-of-the-art infrastructure and family-type charm.
