Included in our DDR are a state-of-the-art projector, a screen and a flip chart. A pin board can also be provided if so requested. If you have a very special presentation in mind, we will be happy to supply you with further extras or break-time refreshments.

Full day (8.00 a.m.–5.30 p.m.): CHF 500.00
Half day (until 11.30 a.m. or from 2.00 p.m.): CHF 380.00

With the catering package, only CHF 350.00 per full/half day

Mid-morning refreshment break

Afternoon refreshment break

Cancellation policy

Bookings for up to 39 guests:

  • Up to 30 days before the event: no charge
  • 29 to 22 days before event: 25% of the agreed services*
  • 21 to 8 days before the event: 50% of the agreed services*
  • 7 to 0 days before event: 100% of the agreed services*

Bookings for more than 40 guests:

  • Up to 60 days before the event: no charge
  • 59 to 30 days before event: 25% of the agreed services*
  • 29 to 8 days before the event: 50% of the agreed services*
  • 7 to 0 days before event: 100% of the agreed services*

* Agreed services include: seminar package, room rental, technical equipment, catering, minimal consumptions and rooms.
